After a decade at a boutique employment law firm, I decided to launch my own employment law practice, bringing with me a wealth of experience in the field. Prior to legal practice I spent 12 years with my boots on the ground at a Fortune 200 public utility company with a workforce exceeding 20,000. Currently, I focus on advocating for employers and managers with compliance solutions and fierce representation. With over two decades of experience, I deeply understand employer-employee dynamics and a pragmatic method to navigate California's intricate legal landscape. I pride myself in my out-of-the-box solutions and the passion I bring forward when supporting clients. Most of my skills were acquired in the 12 years I spent in corporate America. In my formative years, I was an employee, supervisor, manager, project manager, HR, and in Labor Relations, to name a few.
